Most people wait months, sometimes years, before reaching out about hair loss. If it took you a while to get here, that's completely normal; it doesn't mean you waited too long. You don't need to wait until it feels "bad enough," either. The earlier a cause is identified, the more options are usually still on the table.

Why Diagnosis Comes First
Diagnosing hair loss and treating it are actually two very different kinds of work. Figuring out why it's happening takes real judgment with no two cases are quite the same, and rushing this step is where most people end up with the wrong plan. But once the cause is clear, treatment can follow a known, well-understood path. That's why we never skip straight to treatment: it's not caution for its own sake, it's making sure the next step is built on solid ground.
Some clinics run every patient through roughly the same protocol, because it's faster for them. We work differently, every case is a genuine puzzle worth solving on its own, not a template to run through.

Our Approach
The Aguinaldo Hair Loss Centre is led by a physician who is an Associate Member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), currently completing the Evidence-Based Hair Fellowship (EBHF). This training shapes how the clinic operates: diagnosis before treatment, every non-negotiable procedural step performed personally, and honest disclosure of what's proven versus experimental.
Thorough, physician-led diagnosis is often treated as something reserved for hard-to-reach specialists. We built this clinic on the belief that it shouldn't be; you shouldn't need a referral or a long wait to get a real answer about your hair.
